Hands on preparation for a not so everyday meal. We will walk through how to prepare an excellent cut of meat and make it extraordinary. Using every day, easy to find vegetables we will make next level sides, bread and a magical dessert. All while enjoying curated wines to go with each course.

Join me in the kitchen and lets take dinner to the next level!!
We will prepare a whole Filet of Mignon Roast stuffed with Crab and Fresh Herbs, Honey Roasted Carrots with Whipped Feta and Pistachios,
Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad with Crispy Bacon and Burrata, Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes and a Homemade Focaccia. And for dessert a bright Citrus Upside Down cake to chase away the last of winter. Each course and all the conversation will be accompanied by the perfect wines.
**Should you prefer a cocktail the bar will be available for purchase.
